The Association has annual membership dues that assist in maintaining the common use areas of the Association. Members have annual access to the lake, 1⁄2 mile walkable pathway around the lake, pavilion area, and recreational facilities of the Association. To be eligible for membership your household must reside within the boundaries of the re-subdivision map. |
