Information for Realtors & Title Companies Thank you for your interest in the Lakeridge Association (LA) and our vibrant community. Lakeridge Association is a volunteer-run nonprofit social and recreational organization, founded in 1946. We are registered as a 501(c)(7) entity and are not a Homeowners Association (HOA). Membership is voluntary, and we are not required to complete official HOA disclosure forms or property transfer documents commonly requested by realtors or title companies. That said, we welcome new homeowners whose property resides within the Lakeridge Re-subdivision Map to join the volunteer Association. Membership provides access to approximately 13 acres of communal property, including Wolcott Lake, walking paths, a private pavilion (available for reservation), tennis and basketball courts, a playground, and opportunities for fishing, paddling, swimming, and community events. Upon joining, homeowners are responsible for annual dues and assessments, and gain a vested ownership interest in the Association based on their years of continued participation. The dues for 2025–26 are $850. Dues are reviewed and determined at the Annual Membership Meeting held each March and are due by April 1. If you have additional questions, feel free to complete the Non-Member Contact Form below See the following links for more details: We aim to respond to inquiries within 5 business days.
