Lakeridge Association

Did you know that if you reside in the re-subdivision map of Lakeridge, you may be eligible to become a member of this unique community?  The Lakeridge Association is a voluntary, not-for-profit organization (Social and Recreational Club) that provides members with recreational facilities for the promotion of their enjoyment, happiness, and health. We are not a Home Owners Association (HOA). We are a 501(c)(7) volunteer not for profit Social and Recreational Club.

Please consider becoming a member of the voluntary Lakeridge Association.  Membership in the Association grants you access to Wolcott Lake, the pathway around the lake, the pavilion area, and the recreational facilities of the Association.  Get to know your neighbors by using the outdoor grill, the playground, the basketball and tennis courts, as well as fishing, swimming, paddling, sailing, and partaking in various community events.  As part of your paid Dues you can even reserve the pavilion area for private events!  

Upon becoming a member of the Association, you become responsible for payment of the Dues and Assessments pertaining to your property. The annual Dues for 2024-25 are $800. The annual Dues are determined at the Annual Membership Meeting during the month of March. Dues are due April 1. An added benefit of belonging to the Association is ownership interest you have in the Association.  The financial interest is a percentage based on the number of years your property has paid dues consecutively dating back to 1962.

The board of directors conducts the operations of our Association with the assistance of community volunteers.  We encourage your participation in the Association by volunteering to serve either on the board of directors (elected at the annual membership meeting in March), on a committee, or during community events. We currently have committees overseeing water quality, grounds maintenance, and long-range improvement planning.
