Grounds Maintenance committee


Established in March 2018

Roles & Responsibilities:  

    • Provide a beautiful & safe environment for members to relax and gather with friends and family
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of the Lakeridge grounds and surrounding pathway. 
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of the irrigation and lake air pump systems, including access to City water.
    • Coordinate landscape maintenance around the lake, including weekly lawn services.
    • Monitor trash and recycling removal.
    • Coordinate Port-A-Potty installation, maintenance, and removal. 
    • Organize and lead the Fall and Spring Cleanup.
    • Report findings on a quarterly basis to BOD and Annual Membership Meeting.
